Should people live longer that they may enjoy a lot more of their lives?

The subjects have been also observed to have felt much better and had good condition of the heart.

    This research, which was seen in the British Medical Journal, simply proves that by eating nutritious foods with reduced fat contents, and rich with other beneficial elements and nutrients, a person can live much longer generally without the aid of remedies for one's heart.
