    There was a research performed to analyze the combined impacts of these longevity foods and it proved that men lived nearly seven years longer, while women lived nearly five years more than the average. The subjects have been also mentioned to have felt better and had good heart conditions.

    This research, which appeared in the British Medical Journal, clearly shows that by eating nutritious foods with low fat contents and enriched with beneficial elements and essential nutrients, a person can live better and much longer enjoying his remaining life to the fullest.
