Effects of Food's Fat Content on Your Body

Maybe you have pondered once and for all how long will you be able to possibly live. Would you like to enjoy life longer more than you can imagine?

Everyone loves to live beyond one's life expectancy so the common answer to this question is a resounding yes! Enjoying an extended, healthy, satisfactory life can be attained if only one has maintained a healthy good condition throughout his life.

You may actually extend your life span by as much as nearly seven years and at the same time uphold a generally balanced healthy condition at this very point in your life.

It is really never tough. You just have to be sure to maintain a daily diet now composed of the appropriate kinds of foods. Generally, these type of foods must have low fat contents.

There is a new research which concluded that the effects of healthy eating habits are cumulative. Health conscious folks know for a long time that consuming nutritious foods, those with low fat contents, for example fish and veggies, can certainly promote a person's physical wellness and extend his lifespan. This is one great, amazing news for us.

I've listed here what I believe to be on top of the variety of foods that boost wellness as well as longevity:

  • Almonds
  • Blueberries
  • Red grapes
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Salmon and Whole grains.
  • These healthy foods are of those types which have very low fat contents as you observe. And these have been acknowledged to reduce blood pressure , maintain good cholesterol level and in effect, minimize the risk factors of heart disease.

Salmon is low in fat, and has a high level of beneficial omega acids. Omega acids have been known to reduce the risk of heart disease by more than thirty percent.

There was a study conducted to evaluate the combined effects of these longevity foods and it proved that men lived nearly seven years longer, while women lived nearly five years longer versus the average. The subjects have been also mentioned to have felt good and had healthy and fit hearts.

This research as shown in the British Medical Journal, apparently proves that by taking nutritious foods with reduced fat content, and rich with other essential elements and nutrients, an individual will be enjoying a healthy, happy, satisfactory and longer life.
