3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon non-fat cottage cheese
7/8 (15.5-ounce) can cannellini beans, with liquid
7/8 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1-2/3 cups grape tomatoes, coarsely chopped
7/8 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, beans, basil, tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
