1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons plain non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise
1-1/2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
5 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1/8 teaspoon salt
2+ teaspoons hot pepper sauce

Dip: In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and blue cheese. Stir in green onion and pepper; cover and refrigerate.
