Your Body!
Most people today are starved for nutrition, which drains their physical and mental energy, and causes them to age faster. The fastest way to recharge your body and your mind is to saturate the cells of your body with nutrition.
Keep in mind that there’s really only 2 types of foods in this world, ‘live foods’ and ‘dead foods’.
Live foods are usually raw (vegetables and fruits for example), and dead foods are any foods that have been cooked, processed, packaged, or put on a shelf somewhere.
Live foods ALWAYS give you more energy when you eat them.
Dead foods, ALWAYS require energy to be digested.
In fact 70% of all the energy you use throughout the course of a single day is used just to digest the foods you eat. So if you we can get you to eat more live foods and less dead foods than with a few small changes you could (conservatively speaking) have double the mental and physical energy you currently have.
Start by simply adding 1-2 fresh vegetable juices to your day. The nutrients in freshly juiced vegetables are immediately absorbed into your cells starting the moment the juice touches your mouth.
Then, over the course of the next few weeks, slowly avoid the foods which are killing your energy, and begin adding a few more raw vegetables to your diet.
